📋 Description

• Provide energy and infrastructure advisory and project development support • Provide economic development and capital planning support • Provide federal grant advisory • Support services tied to the Inflation Reduction Act • Participate in energy and community development advisory engagements • Contribute to and lead client engagements through technical training and development • Work with clients including Tribes and Tribal Organizations, municipalities, non-profits, and for-profit entities • Learn from managers and partners across energy and utilities, real estate, public sector, and transactions

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year degree • 3 years professional experience • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, supply chain, engineering or manufacturing-related field • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel • Demonstrated time management, communication, interpersonal, relationship building, collaboration, and problem-solving skills • Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, and adaptability • Proficiency with Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Involvement with a professional organization desired • Experience building financial models incorporating income statements and cash flows to support business decisions • Experience with core financial processes, such as monthly close and financial reporting
