📋 Description

• Manage multiple construction-vertical projects and customers through successful, on-scope, on-budget and on-time implementation • Execute implementation activities including client consultation, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, testing, training, data cleansing and data migration • Configure and implement Sage Intacct based on customer business processes and industry best practices • Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct advanced modules and Sage Construction Management functionality • Maintain construction-industry vertical knowledge, including General Contractors, Developers, Specialty Contractors and Home Services • Follow prescriptive implementation methodologies and templated project plans • Coach and mentor less experienced implementation resources, Associate Solution Architects and Solution Architects • Train customer end-users and connect system functionality to business operations • Document business requirements into configurable software solutions, business processes and visual flowcharts • Respond to technical support issues related to implementations • Design and build industry-specific KPIs, reports and dashboards • Coordinate project execution with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success • Provide concise, friendly communications and high-quality service aligned with customer goals • Contribute to deployment best-practice repositories and improve service-delivery tools and repeatability • Serve as an escalation point for project issues • Network and build relationships with internal teams and clients • Support team-member growth through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Business or MIS • General understanding of accounting terms through previous courses or experience • Three (3)+ years’ experience providing consulting and implementing Sage Intacct • Sage Intacct Certified Implementation Consultant / Sage Intacct Construction Certified Implementation Consultant strongly preferred • Vertical industry understanding gained through operational or accounting involvement in the construction space • Consulting experience end-to-end through the entire software delivery life cycle following a process-based methodology, or experience as an end user who has gone through a software implementation or upgrade • Advanced proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and macros, preferred • Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, relationship building, collaboration and problem solving • Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative and adaptability • Microsoft Suite skills • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
