📋 Description

• Process Azure AD/Entra access requests, including group membership changes, access package assignments, and standard onboarding/offboarding • Monitor and renew registered-app secrets and SSO/SAML certificates approaching expiration • Triage and provision SCIM-based application access requests • Support Atlassian Jira/Confluence group access and routine permission changes • Own intake and initial documentation for new SaaS vendor procurement reviews • Execute software lifecycle tasks, including user provisioning/deprovisioning, license tracking, and renewal reminders • Assist with license and cost audits for SaaS cost-management initiatives • Handle AI tool access requests, including Claude/Anthropic license grants and Bedrock access requests • Troubleshoot existing MCP integrations and support AI vendor tool rollouts, including SSO/SCIM setup • Document AI tool procedures and known issues for a self-service knowledge base • Execute endpoint management rollout phases using Intune Suite and NinjaOne • Apply routine patches and respond to standard CVE remediation tasks • Own escalated help-desk tickets involving access grants, credential issues, and cross-system troubleshooting • Triage escalations, resolve in-scope issues, and escalate higher-risk or ambiguous issues to the senior engineer • Execute routine MFA and conditional access policy changes • Flag anomalous activity or potential security events and assist with documented remediation • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and service desk teams on implementations, upgrades, integrations, remediation projects, documentation, automation, and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related identity/access role • Working knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID, SSO/SAML concepts, and basic SCIM provisioning, or strong aptitude and willingness to ramp quickly • Comfort working in a ticketing system such as Jira Service Management and managing concurrent requests with competing priorities • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS administration, user provisioning, and license management is a plus • Interest in AI tooling and willingness to learn enterprise AI platform administration, including Claude/Anthropic, Bedrock, and MCP integrations; no prior AI-specific experience required • Strong written communication • Ability to serve as first point of contact for escalated and sometimes urgent end-user issues • Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools such as ChatGPT and CoPilot • Curious, forward-thinking mindset and openness to experimenting with new technologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and creativity in designing solutions • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly evolving environments • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment with high-quality virtual interactions and minimal distractions • Ability to travel periodically for work
