📋 Description
• Assists with development of education/training materials • Coordinates training and development of staff • Provides technical training in usage of information systems • Conducts skill assessments and orientation for new hires • Develops and maintains education calendars and records • Provides onsite support for trainees • Collaborates with teams to develop educational materials • Monitors clinical documentation for coding accuracy
🎯 Requirements
• Must possess CCS, RHIT, or RHIA Certification(s) • 3+ years in E/M and Surgical Specialties Coding • CPC or CCS-P Certification acceptable • Excellent Coding and Auditing skills • Experience with Health Information Management requirements and systems • Strong public speaking and education skills • Proficient in common office and presentation software
