📋 Description

• Create high-quality, on-brand written content across websites, blogs, email campaigns, video scripts, social media, print materials, paid media, podcast scripts, landing pages, and other marketing channels • Adapt writing style, voice, and tone for different audiences, channels, and content formats • Translate content briefs and strategic requirements into polished, publication-ready content • Collaborate with Brand creative teams, physician leaders, clinical experts, legal and compliance teams, Marketing Analytics, and other stakeholders • Incorporate SEO best practices, target keywords, meta descriptions, headers, and content optimization techniques • Ensure content follows brand standards, style guides, content governance, and healthcare regulations including HIPAA, FDA, and FTC requirements • Manage multiple writing assignments, deadlines, priorities, review cycles, and stakeholder feedback • Apply content performance insights and healthcare industry developments to improve future content • Follow Content Engine workflows, production timelines, and process improvements using content management and collaboration tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field • 4+ years of professional writing experience in marketing, content marketing, or related field • Portfolio demonstrating versatility across web, email, social media, long-form articles, scripts, and other content types • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong command of grammar, style, and AP/Chicago style guidelines • Ability to adapt voice, tone, and style for different audiences, channels, and formats • Experience writing for consumer audiences and translating complex information into clear, accessible language • Strong research skills and ability to learn and write about new topics quickly • Knowledge of SEO content best practices • Experience working with subject matter experts and incorporating technical or clinical feedback • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong collaboration and communication skills in a matrixed team environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfort learning content management and collaboration tools • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality
