📋 Description
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care of patients • Formulate a plan of care according to assessment data • Provide direct patient care and supervise healthcare team activities • Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses • Participate in shared leadership and education of personnel
🎯 Requirements
• Current valid RN license in state of practice • BLS certification required • Experience in the clinical area desired • Must be able to operate a personal vehicle • Valid driver's license and active auto insurance • Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card for specific roles
