• Load and maintain managed care, government, and special contracts into the Epic system with a high level of accuracy • Validate and test reimbursement functionality within Epic to ensure proper configuration and payment outcomes • Collaborate with managed care plans and internal stakeholders to support timely and accurate contract implementation • Execute all steps required to operationalize contracts following negotiation and approval • Monitor contract performance and troubleshoot discrepancies related to reimbursement • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards
• Bachelor of Science Degree Required • One of the following - Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Administration Certified OR Epic Resolute Professional Billing Reimbursement Contracts Certified • Experience with managed care contracts, hospital billing, or revenue cycle operations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
