📋 Description

• Assist patients contacting Baptist Health about Radiation Oncology services • Take phone calls from patients inquiring about proton therapy • Provide immediate information and assistance • Communicate with physicians, scheduling, insurance verification, and other resources • Offer immediate appointments to patients • Serve as a resource to healthcare team members • Navigate BHSF and MCI processes to enhance the patient experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Experience in Radiation Oncology or healthcare navigation/coordination • Minimum 5 years of required experience • Ability to multi-task and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, internet/intranet use, and EMR navigation • Outstanding customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills • Ability to adapt effectively in unpredictable situations
