📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, analyze, and execute organization-wide projects related to Finance project management initiatives • Conduct multifaceted comparisons using internal and external databases • Analyze daily labor productivity, scheduling, labor benchmarking, statistical integrity, and training and education data • Develop actionable reports • Communicate results in a comprehensive, accurate, and understandable format • Coordinate with IT, Finance, and business areas across the organization to ensure successful project completion • Present findings and make process recommendations to facilitate action planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, IT or related field • 5 years' experience working with quantitative and statistical data • Technical skills in data analysis, operational reporting, spreadsheets, charts and graphs, and relational database software • Analytical and critical thinking skills • Ability to communicate and present data, in written and unwritten form, to leaders across the organization • Knowledge of Lean principles • Experience facilitating cross-functional projects • Master's Degree in related field may be substituted for 2 years of experience
