📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes • Collect data and analyze workflows • Configure, test, and support applications and integrations • Participate in application deployment and procedure documentation • Ensure software builds meet organizational goals and external mandates such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use • Apply technical knowledge across application systems analysis and project management • Under supervision, act as project coordinator for medium-sized projects with medium budgets • Support application and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with two years' experience, or minimum four years of direct experience in lieu of degree • Technical knowledge of most phases of application systems analysis • Knowledge of project management • Ability to perform data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and support • Ability to support application deployment and procedure documentation • Knowledge of HIPAA and Meaningful Use mandates • Residency in Kentucky or Indiana • No travel required
