📋 Description
• Assisting in the development, coordination, and delivery of training programs for Patient Access, Scheduling, Financial Clearance, Financial Counseling and Financial Transparency staff. • Ensuring team members are fully trained in registration and scheduling workflows, insurance verification, financial counseling processes, and regulatory requirements. • Promoting consistency, compliance, and high-quality patient experiences across all Baptist Health facilities through standardized education, competency validation, and ongoing staff development.
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED • Minimum of 2 years job related experience • Valid Driver's License • Requires frequent travel to facilities across the state to conduct trainings
