📋 Description
• Lead the preparation and review of the Company’s quarterly and annual external reporting package • Serve as subject matter expert on complex U.S. GAAP accounting matters • Research, analyze and document technical accounting conclusions • Lead the implementation of new accounting standards and related disclosure requirements • Provide accounting guidance for acquisitions, divestitures, financings, contracts, and other non-routine transactions • Present technical accounting matters, reporting updates, and key judgments to senior leadership and external auditors
🎯 Requirements
• BS degree in Accounting • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation/Advanced Degree preferred • 10+ years of US GAAP accounting experience • Experience with consolidation and reporting systems (Oracle and Workiva preferred) • Experience preparing or reviewing external filing documents • Experience leading the research and documentation of complex technical accounting matters or other non-routine transactions • Ability to interact effectively with senior leadership, external auditors, legal and cross-functional business partners • Ability for travel to support business initiatives as needed
