📋 Description

• Own multiple customer implementation projects concurrently from contract handoff through go-live and stabilization • Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout each project lifecycle • Report project status and communicate clearly with internal and external teams • Manage projects against defined phase gates and hold gates until requirements are met • Provide feedback to the program and project management office to refine best practices and standardization • Conduct on-site current-state process walkthroughs with staff • Map workflows using swimlane process maps and validate them with end users • Diagnose process failures using data and root-cause analysis • Translate workflow findings into AI agent configuration, routing rules, extraction fields, and escalation paths • Own defect triage during testing and determine what ships, waits, or is out of scope • Lead kickoff, discovery, UAT, and training sessions for front-desk staff and physician owners • Set realistic customer expectations about product capabilities • Deliver post-go-live reviews supported by performance data

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in program management, implementation, process improvement, business analysis, or a comparable delivery role • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience • Track record of running concurrent projects with real deadlines and stakeholders • Demonstrated structured problem solving and root-cause analysis • Direct customer-facing experience meeting customers' and patients' needs • Comfort with ambiguity and creating processes without an existing runbook • Willingness and ability to travel; frequent travel required • Lean/Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) preferred • Background in health tech, digital health, or practice management software preferred • Familiarity with EMR platforms such as NextGen, ModMed, AthenaOne, Veradigm, eClinicalWorks, or similar preferred • This is not a software engineering role and does not require writing production code
