📋 Description

• Build and maintain detailed sales, budget, and cash flow projections • Lead investment analysis for new pharmacy initiatives and product expansion • Create and manage financial models that drive business decisions and capital allocation • Oversee financial reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting • Develop dashboards to track revenue, margins, CAC, LTV, and burn rate • Partner with leadership on fundraising, investor materials, and board reporting • Implement scalable financial processes for accounting, payroll, and spend management • Collaborate cross-functionally with pharmacy, sales, and operations teams to align goals and budgets

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or corporate development, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment • Proven ability to build and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets • Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS/IASB, SaaS metrics, and unit economics • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency • Experience with ERP systems and QuickBooks • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights • Experience in telehealth, SaaS, or healthcare is a plus
