📋 Description
• Provide remote diabetes and lifestyle education visits • Counsel patients on nutrition, weight management, and metabolic health • Support patients with liver steatosis and fibrosis using evidence-based lifestyle strategies • Reinforce physician-directed care plans • Document patient interactions clearly and efficiently • Coordinate with the physician for questions or escalation of care
🎯 Requirements
• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) and/or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) • Experience treating patients with diabetes and metabolic disease • Experience or strong interest in liver steatosis and fibrosis management preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a clinical team • Strong organizational and documentation skills
