📋 Description

• Provide on-site technical support for customer projects and ensure efficient execution of day-to-day activities • Support cold commissioning and hot commissioning of battery systems • Correct battery-related performance issues, including cell and module charging/balancing and work on other site-related equipment • Support decommissioning of battery systems and sites, including site maintenance, cleanup, disassembly, and equipment removal • Act as the direct EHS representative for the field and ensure OSHA and other regulatory requirements are met daily • Serve as an escalation point for field service issues and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner • Track field teams toward positive operational metrics • Gather and report customer feedback to improve service processes • Support execution and continuous improvement of SOPs for service activities • Collaborate with team members to adopt new tools and technologies for field operations • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, quality guidelines, and industry standards • Complete project-related administrative tasks, including daily reports and expense reports • Travel to and remain at assigned jobsites until tasks are completed • Manage field tools for assignments and projects • Ensure excellence across operational areas

🎯 Requirements

• Technical or Trade degree, High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience • 1+ experience as a field service technician in the electrical power generation, renewable energy spaces, or similar • Related safety certifications • Experience with computers and installation of controls related firmware and software • Fluent with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to effectively work as an individual and coordinate and work with a team • Continuous learner capable of executing multiple projects and objectives • Ability to follow directions and complete tasks per commitment • Self-directed, highly detail-oriented, organized, and flexible • Accomplishments reflecting leadership, teamwork, integrity, and accountability • Willingness to travel and work with customers • Ability to regularly lift objects 50+ lbs, stand, sit, or kneel for extended periods, and work outside in a broad range of weather conditions • Requires 75% or more travel to customer sites
