📋 Description

• Lead and manage complex product projects from planning through delivery • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders to define goals, deliverables, and timelines • Serve as the central point of contact for project communications • Allocate resources and monitor team performance • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks • Communicate project status, risks, issues, milestones, timelines, and budget to senior leadership and stakeholders • Improve project management processes and methodologies • Ensure products meet quality standards and business requirements • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing before release • Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and post-launch retrospectives • Stay current with project management and product development best practices and share knowledge with the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • 7+ years of project management experience, focused on product development, ideally in a technology or consumer-facing product environment • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product initiatives from conception to launch • Strong background in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies • Experience with project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams • Deep understanding of product development processes and best practices • Ability to manage competing priorities and complete projects on time and within budget • PMP or other relevant certifications preferred • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred • Experience with SaaS or technology products preferred • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or tech environment preferred • Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data-driven decision-making preferred • Experience in change management or product adoption strategies preferred
