📋 Description

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and software applications. • Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, ensuring optimal performance and security. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary maintenance and upgrades to ensure system reliability and availability. • Conduct regular backups and implement data recovery plans to safeguard against data loss or system failures. • Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement security measures to protect systems from cyber threats and unauthorized access. • Provide technical support and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network systems for end-users. • Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, solutions, and tools to improve system efficiency and performance. • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels across various systems and applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system administration roles, preferably in a complex IT environment • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix) and server technologies • Experience with network protocols, security, and troubleshooting methodologies • Strong knowledge of virtualization, cloud computing, and storage systems • Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions
