📋 Description

• Help ensure patients receive timely access to care while delivering a high level of service to both patients and referring providers by responding to online inquiries and incoming calls. • Work closely with physicians, care teams, and medical practices across the Baystate Health system to serve as a key partner in coordinating patient care. • Blend clinical knowledge, administrative expertise, and exceptional customer service to help create a seamless and positive healthcare experience.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED • CPR-Basic Life Support of Healthcare Provider required from the American Heart Association • 3+ years of experience working in a medical office • Prior experience in a physician’s office or customer service environment • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent training demonstrating MA III competencies • Typing speed of 25+ words per minute • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly
