📋 Description

• Read, assess, and apply applicable codes to user-generated text, images, and videos in a queue environment • Review performance feedback to minimize coding errors and meet or exceed performance metrics • Attend scheduled and as-needed 1-on-1 coaching calls • Check in on days not scheduled to work • Work between 16 and 29 hours per week based on content volume • Use Google Mail, Calendar, Meet, Sheets, Docs, Slack, and forums to manage performance expectations • Participate in occasional special projects in English and Italian • Provide quality assurance checks of teammates’ and machine-moderated content

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international credential, or 7+ years of professional content moderation experience • Professional working proficiency in English • Professional-level proficiency in Italian • Must live in and have authorization to work in the United States • Must reside in Texas, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, North Carolina, or Ohio • 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment • Ability to swiftly read, comprehend, and assess content and make on-the-spot decisions • Comfort learning and utilizing new web-based applications and tools • Ability to engage actively with team members in a remote environment • Commitment to achieving or exceeding performance benchmarks and metrics • Availability for a semi-flexible 16–29-hour weekly schedule, including 4 weekend hours • Willingness to perform quality assurance checks of teammates’ and machine-moderated content • Computer with up-to-date operating system, up-to-date smartphone, strong reliable high-speed Internet, and a functioning home office
