📋 Description

• Complete high-quality commercial real estate appraisals for Data Center assignments • Manage individual workload, time, workflow, and appraisal status • Communicate with BBG colleagues and clients regarding appraisal progress • Participate in phone calls and video conferences with management, teammates, and clients • Work as part of a team on Data Center appraisal assignments • Travel independently throughout the country as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Talented appraiser; all experience levels considered • Self-motivated and driven • Ability to complete high-quality appraisals while meeting strict deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Outstanding analytical and research abilities • Strong desire to obtain and maintain professional designations • Willingness to work as part of a team on Data Center appraisal assignments • Argus Enterprise proficiency preferred • Ability to manage own time and communicate workflow and appraisal status with colleagues and clients • Availability during all working hours for phone calls and video conferencing if working remotely • Ability to travel the country independently
