📋 Description
• Collaborate with BBH personnel in various roles to review vendor relationships • Assist in the preparation of Vendor Service Requests • Conduct due diligence reviews and vendor risk assessments • Monitor ongoing vendor relationships and address any delays • Review weekly OFAC/Sanctions & Negative News screening alerts • Prepare materials for VMC meetings and communications • Implement enhancements to the Firm’s VRM system • Support audits and regulatory exam preparations
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required • 2+ years of compliance, risk management or audit experience • Financial services industry experience a plus • Motivated self-starter • Exceptional time management, planning, and organizational skills • Strong analytical capabilities • Excellent interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with GRC or Vendor Risk Management systems a plus • Certified Third Party Risk Professional is preferred but not required
