đź“‹ Description

• Manage employee benefits accounts and provide day-to-day client contact and daily service assistance • Use technical expertise to retain present clients • Administer marketing and renewal functions • Assist the Team Lead with financial consulting for employee benefit clients • Evaluate client financial and utilization metrics, monthly financial reports, benchmarks, and ad hoc reports and analyses • Develop and execute client benefit strategy • Advise clients independently on compliance matters • Perform compliance, benchmarking, renewal and marketing, reporting, and analytics functions with little guidance • Provide client utilization and financial reporting to the Team Lead and clients • Lead client meetings and presentations with the Team Lead • Partner with the Team Lead to onboard new clients • Maintain vendor knowledge and relationships • Delegate tasks and provide training and onboarding to Specialists • Participate in market meetings, seminars, and training programs • Monitor monthly client financials and enter data into client exhibits • Prepare and send monthly financial reports with activity analysis and large claim detail • Prepare financial and underwriting exhibits, including financial projections, large claim analysis, specific stop loss analysis, demographics analysis, and IBNR • Develop reporting requirements and customizations with the Team Lead • Assist with requests for proposals and benefit coverage renewals

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 year degree or equivalent work experience required • 5+ years employee benefits experience with a thorough understanding and knowledge of employee benefits • 1+ years financial experience • Must obtain and maintain active Life/Accident and Health Insurance Agent License • Proficient with MS Office Suite • Microsoft Excel – Strong to expert level skills required • Strong analytical and critical thinking ability • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills • Routine or periodic travel may be required • If driving is required, acceptable Motor Vehicle Record results and minimum acceptable insurance coverage are required
