📋 Description

• Develop and convert new-business opportunities for the MGU Collectibles program • Handle outbound and inbound customer calls regarding eligibility, coverage, quotes, and applications • Explain program features, coverage forms, endorsements, exclusions, state-required affidavits, underwriting requirements, and claims processes • Review applications and risk information for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with underwriting guidelines • Obtain missing information as needed • Prepare and communicate quotes, secure required documentation, and complete binding steps accurately and promptly • Maintain knowledge of products, coverage and endorsement forms, underwriting guidelines, and applicable state requirements • Meet or exceed monthly production and quality metrics, including new-business premium and bind-ratio goals • Document customer interactions and maintain records in agency, policy, CRM, and workflow systems • Partner with underwriting, operations, claims, and other internal teams • Participate in approximately one to two business events or industry functions per year as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license required • High school diploma or equivalent • At least one year of insurance-industry experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Ability to learn agency, policy, CRM, and quoting systems • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a professional telephone presence • Ability to review detailed applicant and risk information and make sound, timely decisions within established guidelines • Surplus Lines license preferred • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field preferred • Experience in personal lines, specialty insurance, collectibles, affinity programs, direct-to-consumer sales, or a call-center production environment preferred
