📋 Description

• Develop and convert new-business opportunities for the MGU Collectibles program. • Handle outbound and inbound customer calls regarding eligibility, coverage, quotes, and applications. • Explain program features, coverage forms, endorsements, exclusions, state-required affidavits, underwriting requirements, and the claims process. • Review applications and risk information for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with underwriting guidelines. • Obtain missing information as needed. • Prepare and communicate quotes, secure required documentation, and complete binding steps accurately and promptly. • Maintain current knowledge of product offerings, coverage and endorsement forms, underwriting guidelines, and applicable state requirements. • Meet or exceed monthly production and quality metrics, including new-business premium and bind-ratio goals. • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in agency, policy, CRM, and workflow systems. • Partner with underwriting, operations, claims, and other internal teams to resolve questions and support customer experience. • Participate in approximately one to two business events or industry functions per year, as requested.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license required. • High school diploma or equivalent. • At least one year of insurance-industry experience. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn agency, policy, CRM, and quoting systems. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a professional telephone presence. • Ability to review detailed applicant and risk information and make sound, timely decisions within established guidelines. • Surplus Lines license preferred. • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field preferred. • Experience in personal lines, specialty insurance, collectibles, affinity programs, direct-to-consumer sales, or a call-center production environment preferred.
