📋 Description

• Make non-sales calls to firm prospects to collect company data • Collect insurance policy “X” dates and prospect information, including address, contact, fax number, number insured, and email address • Use the database to mark responses and activities in telemarketing campaigns • Generate follow-up activities for the appropriate salesperson • Make two calls, one week apart, per prospect record or until contact is made • Prepare a weekly report for department managers detailing x-dates received and campaign analysis using Excel templates • Maintain a minimum of 18 calls per hour

🎯 Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent • Demonstrated proficiency with basic computer skills including keyboarding, data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, and email • Previous exposure to working effectively in a call center setting is highly preferred but not required
