📋 Description

• Use proprietary financial analytic tools and Excel to analyze client pharmacy spend and cost drivers • Assist with methodologies, analytics, and outcomes assessments using PharmaLogic™ output • Manage financial aspects of internal RFP/procurement and market-check processes • Gather and analyze incumbent data and evaluate PBM RFP responses • Use online procurement tools and create summary reports, financial analyses, and presentations • Support PBM contract reviews and negotiations, including financial modeling and review of language and terms • Assist with client presentations and reporting on pharmacy benefit utilization, trends, and findings • Manage, mentor, and train financial analysts • Peer review RFP evaluations • Manage financial-team project timelines • Collaborate with internal teams to improve system and process efficiencies • Train new employees on financial projects and evaluations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance and/or similar discipline with analytic base • 2-4 years’ experience in Pharmacy Benefit analytic consulting • Strong experience in MS Office and/or MS Excel • Knowledge of both Pharmacy and Medical data • Experience with Tableau or a similar business intelligence package • Experience in MS Access or understanding of relational databases • Ability to work with financial models and develop business logic in Excel • Ability to work cross-functionally, prioritize, and multitask • Superior critical thinking and analytical skills • Ability to think strategically and proactively • Ability to work with minimal oversight and significant responsibility • Strong teamwork, analytical, organizational, planning, and adaptability skills
