📋 Description

• Work closely with the Director of Resident Program Operations • Assist in confirming coverage limits and status of policies supplied by tenants • Monitor client files for timeliness, open items, accounting and audit records, and other required actions • Respond to client and carrier requests and questions within ability and knowledge in a timely manner • Review policies, changes, endorsements and audits for accuracy • Maintain appropriate confidentiality • Perform other duties based on client and broker needs

🎯 Requirements

• Current enrollment in Business program including, but not limited to Risk Management, Finance, Accounting and Marketing • Superior communications skills (written and verbal) • Ability to monitor client files for timeliness, open items, accounting and audit records • Ability to review policies, changes, endorsements and audits for accuracy • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
