📋 Description

• Provide professional workers’ compensation risk management services to assigned Comp Alliance members • Conduct annual loss control safety inspections • Attend member safety committee meetings • Maintain annual contact with Comp Alliance members • Communicate with members regarding workplace injuries and safety programs • Identify safety hazards and recommend corrective improvements • Use computer programs to report hazards and generate recommendation letters • Decipher workers’ compensation injury reports • Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, and Marketing • Train member employees on a variety of topics using PowerPoint materials • Conduct routine virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams • Produce occasional safety articles

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • Proficient with MS Office Suite • Exceptional telephone and video demeanor • Ability to work independently • Ability to travel freely by car, including occasional overnight travel • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a business or financial related discipline preferred
