📋 Description
• Advise customers about the benefits of programs. • Assist with requests for covered benefits and enrollment. • Direct customers to the department that can best assist them. • Front-end technical assistance calls. • Assist with enrollment or renewals. • Help customers with questions about coverage and connect them with the appropriate department.
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications. • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. • Knowledge of RVs and roadside assistance.
