• Advise customers about program benefits • Assist with requests for covered benefits and enrollment • Direct customers to the department best able to assist them • Front-end technical assistance calls • Assist with enrollment or renewals

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality • Knowledge of RVs and roadside assistance
