• Source new creator partnerships • Manage outreach via direct messages and email • Prospect and pitch new influencer partnerships • Negotiate deal terms aligned with performance goals • Track deal progress and campaign performance • Build long-term relationships with creators and talent managers • Contribute to monthly and quarterly booking targets • Help bring high-performing campaigns to life and ensure successful campaign execution

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience and proven ability to exceed quota is required • Consumer goods experience is preferred • Influencer marketing experience is a great bonus • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Confidence discussing budgets and deliverables • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple deals at once • Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
