📋 Description

• Source new creator partnerships • Prospect and pitch new influencer partnerships • Manage ongoing outreach via DM and email • Negotiate deal terms aligned with performance goals • Track deal progress and campaign performance • Build long-term relationships with creators and talent managers • Contribute to monthly and quarterly booking targets • Own the outreach pipeline and contribute directly to revenue growth • Help bring high-performing campaigns to life

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience and proven ability to exceed quota is required • Consumer goods experience is preferred • IM experience is a great bonus • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Confidence discussing budgets and deliverables • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple deals at once • Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
