📋 Description

• Support Operational Oversight and Compliance initiatives through operational reporting, data analysis, process oversight, and Excel-based reporting • Focus on TennCare Employment and Community First CHOICES (ECF CHOICES) and Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) • Monitor data for timeliness and compliance standards • Assist with external audits • Identify and investigate potential issues • Analyze data and trends • Recommend process improvements and support solution development • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders on compliance activities, audit reviews, reporting, and operational improvements • Ensure work is completed accurately and within established deadlines • Design, develop, assess, and implement organizational management projects, policies, and procedures • Identify business process improvement projects and recommend efficiencies to management • Conduct cost/benefit evaluations of external and internal resources • Analyze business requirements and production specifications to improve management operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required • Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment • 3 years of technical or operational experience required • Database reporting skills utilizing Access, Cognos and data warehouse • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) • Strong analytical, decision-making, organizational, and time-management skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Must reside in the State of Tennessee • Ability to work either 6:45 AM–3:15 PM CST or 7:00 AM–3:30 PM CST • Previous team lead experience highly preferred • Professional conduct and auditing credentials preferred • ECF CHOICES/LTSS experience preferred
