📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Clinical, Technology, Finance, and vendor organizations • Identify opportunities and define business requirements • Bring strategic initiatives from concept to implementation • Use data, business insights, and industry knowledge to evaluate opportunities and influence decisions • Drive innovation and continuous improvement • Support product enhancements that deliver measurable business value • Design, develop, assess, and implement organizational management projects, policies, and procedures • Identify business process improvement projects and recommend efficiencies to management • Conduct cost/benefit evaluations of external and internal resources • Analyze business requirements and production specifications to improve management operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required • Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment • 3 years of technical or operational experience required • Database reporting skills utilizing Access, Cognos and data warehouse • Experience with SQL, Google BigQuery, or similar data analysis tools preferred • Healthcare, health insurance, product strategy, or related business experience preferred • Experience supporting cross-functional strategic initiatives from discovery through implementation preferred • Strong critical thinking and relationship-building skills • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable strategies • Strong facilitation skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or in a team environment • Analytical and decision-making abilities • Team player, organized, and able to handle multiple projects • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Sponsorship is not available for this role
