📋 Description

• Receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries timely and accurately • Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone • Clearly document all customer communication • Interact through Chat, Phone, E-mail, and TEAMS • Educate callers to achieve resolution on first contact • Complete approximately 22 weeks of training beginning December 7th • Work assigned rotating Monday-to-Friday shifts after training, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. ET • Work overtime as required

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • 1 year of experience in a customer service support role is required • Customer service experience in healthcare (including Dental), insurance, call center, retail, or another customer-facing environment • Experience receiving, investigating, and resolving customer inquiries using strong technical skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Proficient oral and written communication skills • Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills • Exceptional time management skills • Ability to work independently under general supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Independent, sound decision-making and problem-solving skills • Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers • Must be able to pass required testing • Participation and attendance are mandatory • Flexibility due to rotating schedules and adherence to assigned schedules • Ability to work overtime as required • Sponsorship is not available for this role
