📋 Description

• Provide overall direction, guidance, and definition of enterprise architecture to support corporate business strategies • Lead implementation of enterprise architecture strategies and best practices supporting business objectives • Focus on business process design, solutions, information gathering, and technology utilization • Guide enterprise architects in defining technical service capabilities, design attributes, enterprise profiles, and segment architecture • Control risks and solve complex enterprise architecture issues • Maintain stakeholder relationships, address stakeholder requirements, and provide client consultations • Direct teams in baseline, target, and roadmap development, transition planning, system and security management, and segment architecture • Build and maintain the architecture portfolio, translating business strategies into IT investments • Transform business requirements into scalable, governed AI solutions delivering measurable business value • Shape the roadmap for foundational technologies powering the enterprise AI strategy • Act as technical product owner and AI architect for the Microsoft AI ecosystem • Define platform capabilities, governance and security guardrails, and architectural standards for AI solutions • Establish AI deployment standards, reusable design patterns, and operational guardrails • Lead architecture and delivery reviews for scalable, secure, maintainable AI solutions • Define standards for agentic development lifecycle, operating model, and deployment of agents on SaaS/on-premises infrastructure • Champion adoption of Agentic AI and LLM-powered tooling • Stay current with AI ecosystems, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI best practices • Operate with responsible AI principles, including security, transparency, governance, and data privacy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience required • Equivalent experience may substitute for education at one year of technical experience per year of college requested • 5 years of experience as an individual contributor leading a team in the design and implementation of application and integration, data, technology, and/or security architecture • Deep expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform • Hands-on experience designing and implementing GenAI solutions using large language models, agent-based architectures, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integrations • Experience leading architecture and product ownership functions within the Microsoft ecosystem • Strong enterprise architecture background • Thorough understanding of governance, security, and operational considerations for AI platforms • Proven ability to design scalable, production-ready solutions • Experience with leading AI providers strongly preferred • Experience in healthcare and regulated industries highly desirable • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams • Strong interpersonal, oral communication, and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple assignments or projects simultaneously • Must be available to work Eastern Time Zone business hours • Sponsorship is not available for this role
