📋 Description

• Provide first-contact resolution for member service inquiries at consumer centers • Explain benefits and research and clarify claims • Assist members with plan selection, member tools and resources, premium payments, and community resources • Educate consumers on Marketplace products through informational meetings • Support one-on-one enrollment via healthcare.gov • Sell health, life, dental, vision, accident, and hospital indemnity insurance plans • Develop and execute targeted engagement campaigns with community leaders, business owners, retirement communities, nursing homes, and minority groups • Drive consumer center traffic and community engagement • Use AI-enabled tools responsibly to support everyday work

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • 3 years of experience in a Support function or Customer Service required • Medicare Certification (AHIP) to sell Senior Markets Products required, or must obtain within 90 days from hire, and maintain annually • Certification to sell Qualified Health Plans required, or must obtain within 90 days from hire, and maintain annually • Active TN Life and Health license required at hire, or must obtain within 90 days from hire • Ability to work flexible hours • Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills • Must be willing to work weekends and/or take 24-hour call • Bilingual skills are a plus • Must be willing to travel 100% across the state; position is 100% market based
