📋 Description

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers • Consult customers based on their travel policies • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other necessary regulations • Provide industry information including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Review operational processes and commercial relationships and suggest improvements • Maintain, communicate, and expand current knowledge of supported travel industries • Join the after-hours team and respond to current and new client requests

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Travel Agent experience (Entertainment experience is a plus) • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Advanced skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Flexibility in scheduling is a core requirement • Ability to work a schedule of 4 days x 10 hours • Ability to work in the United States
