📋 Description

• Partner and align with Program Management and commercial teams to support and drive customer programs forward • Proactively monitor and measure program goals, seeking opportunities for savings and process efficiencies • Provide analytical insights into the data • Focus on benchmarking, trending, data mining, and data analytics • Analyze customer travel patterns and make recommendations to Program Management for cost savings and other efficiencies • Assist Program Management in developing, implementing, and reporting on KPIs and SLAs as contractually agreed • Organize, provide, or participate in internal or customer-facing training • Create customer business reviews including content customization and presenting directly to the customer

🎯 Requirements

• Proven travel agency or travel industry experience across multiple business areas such as operations, customer relationship/account management, or technology • Solid understanding of how travel data flows from point-of-sale systems to downline systems • Knowledge of quality control processes, ETL processes, basic SQL, and travel terminology • Power BI skills required
