📋 Description

• Install, service, maintain, and implement field corrective actions for BD Life Science equipment at customer sites • Provide service, preventive maintenance, modifications, and installations with minimal supervision • Troubleshoot system failures and provide timely, effective on-site customer repairs • Manage company assets, including cell phone, computer, tablet, tools, and inventory parts • Establish and foster positive business relationships with customers and peers • Perform administrative duties, including recording time worked, training, and expense reporting • Provide customers with ongoing feedback regarding instrument repair and status • Interface regularly with Technical Support to provide the highest level of customer support • Work closely with district team leads and dispatch to schedule and support the customer base • Serve as a field-based, customer-facing representative of BD

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required • Associates degree in electrical, mechanical or similar engineering or Biomed program preferred • Equivalent Military training preferred • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to utilize computer-based tools for reports, email, and general communication • Ability to work individually and in a team setting • Ability to interface positively with customers, peers, and support personnel • Logical and methodical thinking and action • Willingness and ability to work different shifts, on-call, nights, and weekends as needed • Current valid driving license required • Good driving record over the last 3 years required
