📋 Description

• Guide medication management system upgrade processes through clinical and technical expertise • Interact extensively with customers and develop relationships at the Director/key stakeholder level • Gather customer requirements and define best practices, design decisions, policies, and procedures • Ensure timely upgrade go-lives and customer satisfaction • Demonstrate expertise in pharmacy/clinical workflows, hospital and pharmacy system integration, clinical device settings, interface validation, user account role design, and Active Directory • Troubleshoot and consult on pharmacy workflow, best practices, and health system standardization • Lead strategic upgrade delivery initiatives that improve customer outcomes, efficiency, and scalability • Develop and enhance upgrade tools, frameworks, and methodologies • Provide subject matter expertise for release readiness, complex upgrade planning, and high-risk engagements • Drive continuous improvement using delivery trends, customer feedback, and operational metrics • Mentor consultants and contribute to team capability and organizational knowledge development • Partner with leadership to improve delivery efficiency, customer health, and business outcomes • Promote standardized delivery methodologies and operational consistency • Maintain compliance with BD policies, procedures, administrative tasks, and regulatory requirements • Keep project records accurate and up to date • Foster relationships with sales and service teams during pre-sale and post-upgrade transitions • Communicate effectively with customers, project teams, and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education and work experience • Expertise in HIS/PIS systems and pharmacy and nursing workflow • Eight or more years in a healthcare environment with technical systems involvement and computerized system applications • Experience with integrated delivery networks/large health systems required • Preferred certifications: RPh, Pharmacy Technician • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old • Must meet BD's auto safety standards • Upon hire, must provide proof of and maintain current immunizations, including Hepatitis B, current-year Influenza, MMR, Varicella, annual TB/PPD, and Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis • Ability to work independently from a home office • Ability to travel 25–75%, including overnight travel • Flexible working hours, including some nights and weekends • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with cross-functional project teams
