📋 Description

• Lead development of analytics-ready datasets and metrics serving as a single source of truth • Analyze ERP, CRM, and other operational-system data to answer complex business questions • Write and maintain production-quality SQL to transform, validate, and analyze data • Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports for executive and operational decision-making • Partner with business stakeholders to translate questions and hypotheses into structured analyses • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies and communicate insights clearly • Support and collaborate on data pipeline and transformation work with data engineers and analytics engineers • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, documentation, and adherence to security best practices • Work with Beacon project leads, data architects, client stakeholders, client-side analysts, engineers, and IT partners • Assist with building new data reporting and data orchestration systems for multiple clients

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles • Advanced proficiency in SQL for analysis and analytics data modeling • Experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar • Experience with modern data transformation or orchestration tools such as dbt, ADF, SSIS, or Airflow • Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, or advanced analytics tasks • Experience operating within AWS or Azure cloud data environments; Snowflake preferred • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Eligibility to work in the United States • Experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts preferred • Strong understanding of relational database principles and data modeling preferred • Experience with CRM, ERP, marketing, or operational systems preferred • Comfort working with structured and semi-structured data sources preferred • Client-facing experience and ability to present insights to non-technical audiences preferred • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills preferred • High attention to detail and commitment to high-quality analytics outputs preferred
