📋 Description

• Install and troubleshoot low-voltage panels, wiring, and associated devices • Provide guidance, training, and direction to lower-level Installers at a worksite • Perform programming and lead startup and commissioning processes • Provide customer support and instruction on system operation and functionality • Perform system testing and signal verification • Maintain truck stock, inventory, equipment, and tools • Organize technical resources and support for efficient task execution • Ensure progress and completion of assigned tasks • Document service and hours worked • Complete task-related, productivity, and other documentation • Support and troubleshoot security software systems including Milestone, LenelS2, and DMP • Communicate and schedule service and maintenance calls • Perform maintenance of installed security and access control systems • Ensure work complies with federal, state, and local regulations • Provide custom systems integrations, upgrade planning and execution, system audits, and consultation • Install, configure, and support electronic security solutions • Support projects and sales teams as needed • Travel extensively as a major job responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of High School Diploma/Vocational Training • Must have five (5) or more years of experience • Mastery knowledge of enterprise intrusion systems, fire systems, CCTV, intercom access control systems • Full understanding of local/national codes • Proficiency knowledge of OSHA and HAZCOM Regulations • Comprehension of national electronic code, state and local construction codes • Strong communication/leadership skills • Valid driver’s license • Must clear a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening • Must obtain and retain required product certifications and/or licenses • Must obtain and retain Lift certifications and minimum OSHA 10 certification • 75% to 100% proficiency in Stone Security product offerings • Ability and willingness to travel extensively and on short notice • Ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule with on-call availability • Ability to drive a motor vehicle for extended periods • Ability to lift, move, and hold approximately 50 lbs.
