📋 Description

• Teach enthusiastic elementary, middle, and high school students in online classrooms • Use AoPS curriculum to teach participation-oriented classes focused on instruction and skill development rather than rote memorization • Work with small classes averaging 12 students • Foster critical thinking and problem solving • Motivate gifted and high-achieving learners in a live virtual classroom environment

🎯 Requirements

• Availability for Wednesday and Friday at 7 pm ET and Sunday at 12:45 pm ET • Solid academic background in mathematics • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field required • Experience using Zoom or similar video conferencing software • Comfortable managing a classroom in a virtual setting • Some experience teaching or tutoring students at the K-12 level • Located in and authorized to work in the United States • No sponsorship available, including STEM-OPT and H-1B • Master's degree or higher in a STEM field preferred • Some experience working with advanced students preferred
