📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth program • Provide mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Deliver care through telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Support Brave Health’s expansion into new markets by obtaining additional state licenses when required

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space must provide privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Currently fully/independently licensed in at least one state • Comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
