📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care to patients across the lifespan • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Support Brave Health's expansion into new markets by obtaining additional state licenses when requested

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Ongoing, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship or renewal • Private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus • Meets background and regulatory requirements • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning skills • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to use comprehensive assessments • Fully/independently licensed in at least one state • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
