📋 Description

• Provide full-time outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth program • Provide mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Use mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses to inform care • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Use telehealth, video communication, and internal communication tools • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Eligibility to work in the United States • Ongoing, unrestricted U.S. work authorization without reliance on visa sponsorship or renewal • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA compliance • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Meets background and regulatory requirements • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to use comprehensive assessments • Must be fully/independently licensed • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
