📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Complete comprehensive assessments and treatment planning • Work in partnership with clients to achieve their goals • Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Potentially work with patients experiencing chronic severe mental illness, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Complete a brief questionnaire after applying and proceed with a senior recruiter if there is a mutual fit

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Current independent professional licensure, such as LPC or equivalent clinical credential • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
