📋 Description

• Provide outpatient mental health services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care to patients across the lifespan • Partner with commercial health plans and serve Medicaid and Medicare patients • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Use comprehensive assessments and collaborate with clients to achieve goals • Conduct approximately 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients per day • Use telehealth, video communication, and internal communication technologies • Complete additional state licensure requirements as needed for market expansion

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Eligibility to work in the United States • Ongoing, unrestricted U.S. work authorization without reliance on visa sponsorship or renewal • Private, HIPAA-compliant work-from-home space for patient safety • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus • Meets background and regulatory requirements • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning skills • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Currently fully/independently licensed in at least one state • Comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands
